After my first visit, I was really looking forward to a relaxing hour. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, which set a great tone right from the start. I opted for a full body massage to help melt away some stress, and while the experience was decent, I did walk away feeling a bit disappointed. The massage itself was nice, but there were some unexpected upcharges that weren't clearly explained upfront, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. I think clearer communication about pricing would make a huge difference. Overall, I appreciated the quality of the massage, but I think there's room for improvement in the customer experience.

Jenny was absolutely fantastic—she listened to my needs and tailored the session perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing blend of techniques she used. The vibe here is so friendly and inviting; you can tell they truly care about their clients. I'll definitely be back for more!
