When I first walked into this massage place in Northwest Crossing, I was so hopeful. I was looking for some serious stress relief after a long week, and everything seemed promising at first. However, as soon as the massage began, I started feeling a bit uncomfortable. The ambiance was nice enough, but the interaction with the staff left much to be desired. I just couldn't shake off the feeling that my comfort wasn't a priority. While the massage did bring some initial relaxation, it didn’t quite hit the spot for me. If they could focus on making clients feel safer and more comfortable, this place could be a real gem. Sadly, I left feeling more tense than I arrived.
