I’ve been a member for a while and while the facilities are great, I’m really disappointed with the customer service. Every time I've had a question or concern about my membership, it felt like I was talking to a wall. I tried reaching out several times, and it felt like my emails were just vanishing into the void. It’s super frustrating when all you want is a little communication! Honestly, the classes and equipment are solid, and I do enjoy coming in to work out, but the lack of responsiveness when issues arise is such a turn-off. My membership has been more of a headache than a joy. I really hope they consider improving their customer service; after all, a friendly face can make all the difference in a gym. It's making me think about possibly ending my membership if things don't change.

When I first joined, I was excited about the variety of classes and the promise of a supportive community. However, my experience took a downturn fairly quickly. I encountered some outright unprofessional behavior from staff members, which was not only disappointing but made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. As someone who values professionalism in fitness environments, this was a major red flag for me. Additionally, there were times when I raised concerns about cleanliness and safety policies, only to feel brushed aside or ignored. It seemed like there was a lack of cohesion among the staff regarding their protocols. A simple investigation into member complaints would go a long way in improving overall satisfaction. Given my other experiences at different gyms, I had high expectations that ultimately were not met. I wanted to improve my fitness journey here, but with the level of service and the environment as it was, I made the tough decision to cancel my membership. I hope they can work on these issues to create a more welcoming and professional atmosphere in the future.
