I was really looking forward to my visit to Magnolia Obstetrics & Gynecology in Old East Dallas for some maternity care. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite frustrating. When I arrived, there was a mix-up with my insurance information. After discussing it with the staff, I felt they were a bit rude and not very helpful, which made me feel even more anxious. It's so important to have good communication, especially when it comes to maternity services, and I think they could really improve in this area. While the facilities seemed nice and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, I left feeling dissatisfied. I hope they consider fixing these issues, as I know many expectant moms in the area are counting on their care.
