I was really looking forward to my visit, especially since a friend recommended this place for a no chip pedicure. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, which I appreciate during a pampering session. Unfortunately, while they applied the no chip overlay, I noticed some inconsistencies in the finish. It felt like they might not have taken enough time to ensure everything was perfect. I left feeling a bit disappointed since I was hoping for a flawless result. I believe that a little more attention to detail would go a long way in elevating their service. I’m all for having a good time while getting pampered, but I also want my nails to look their absolute best. I think they can really shine if they take more pride in their work!

I heard about this spot in Avondale and decided to give it a try for some nail care. Right from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed! The staff was so friendly and made the whole experience a delight. I opted for a manicure, and let me tell you—the service was quick yet thorough. My nails have never looked better! Plus, I loved chatting with my nail technician; he was so much fun! If you’re in the area and looking for a place to pamper your nails, this is definitely the spot!

I couldn’t believe how disappointing my pedicure experience was in Avondale. I had been looking forward to some relaxation, but the staff's unprofessionalism really put a damper on the day. Instead of getting pampered, I felt more like a nuisance. To top it off, the TV was playing in a language that didn't make any sense to me—come on, just a little effort to have it in English would go a long way. I love treating myself to a little self-care now and then, and I was really hoping this would be a nice escape. Sadly, it just left me feeling let down. I hope they consider some improvements, both in staff attitude and the little details that can really make or break an experience.
