Upon entering MacGregor Medical Center, I had high hopes after hearing about their amazing services. However, my experience during the new patient registration was less than stellar. The staff seemed quite dismissive, which left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. I expected at least some warmth and engagement, but it felt like I was just another number in the system. Communication could really use some improvement; I often found myself confused about the next steps in the registration process. While the facility itself is nice and offers a range of services, I hope they can work on their responsiveness and make patients feel more welcomed.
