I wasn’t too thrilled with my recent visit for a pedicure. I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience, but the service fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was a frustrating lack of communication about what to expect. I had requested a massage, but it felt rushed and not as thorough as I had hoped. It really threw off the whole vibe for me. I think they could improve a lot by just ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding service requests. I typically go for a pedicure to unwind, but this left me feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I hope they can step things up because I really wanted to love this place.

The first time I visited, I was really excited to try some nail and lash services close to home. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. While Jack was super friendly and did a decent job with my lashes, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The nail technician seemed rushed and didn’t pay as much attention to detail as I hoped. I’m a stickler for neatness, especially when it comes to manicures, and I felt like my nails could have used a little more care. I think they could really benefit from investing in more training for their technicians and perhaps taking a bit more time to ensure each service is up to par. It’s a nice spot and the vibe is relaxing, so I might give it another shot in the future—just hoping for a bit more from the service next time!

Every time I treat myself to some self-care at M Nail Bar & Lash in Bergen Beach, I come out feeling like a whole new person! I recently indulged in their organic spa pedicure with gel, and let me tell you—it was pure bliss. Nancy, who did my nails, was so friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The whole experience left me feeling pampered and satisfied. I can't wait to go back and try more of their services!
