I had no idea what to expect when I decided to treat myself to a gel manicure, but let’s just say it didn’t quite go as planned. While I was excited to pamper myself, the experience was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed a tad dismissive, and I left feeling more frustrated than fabulous. Yi started off my treatment, but I could tell something was off when my cuticles weren’t handled with the care I expected. It felt rushed, which was surprising considering that I was there for a nail maintenance session. When Anna took over, I had hoped the second half might redeem things, but the same lack of attention seemed to linger. Honestly, I think they could really benefit from some proper training to enhance their service. Customers shouldn’t leave with any injuries or feeling like they didn’t matter. Not the best experience, but I’m holding onto hope that things can improve for the next person looking for a relaxing day at a nail spa.

After my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff were. Heyde did my regular manicure and pedicure, and my nails came out perfect! The atmosphere was super friendly, making it a lovely spot to unwind. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience and can't wait to go back for more pampering.
