After trying a facial here, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed and disappointed. I was really looking forward to some pampering, but the whole experience was marred by irritation and discomfort on my skin. The staff seemed a bit impatient, which didn’t help the situation either. I understand that things can get busy, but a little more care and gentleness would’ve made a world of difference. I occasionally treat myself to facials, but my goal is to leave feeling refreshed, not irritated! Not sure if I’ll be back for this service, maybe I’ll give it another shot in the future if I hear they’ve improved their technique.
