I was blown away by the atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience with the nail service left me feeling pretty disappointed. The staff wasn't exactly warm or welcoming, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the pampering I was craving. I went in for a manicure, and after just a week, one of my nails broke. Given the price, I expected better quality and a bit more professionalism. I really hope they consider improving their management and training, as I think there's potential for a great service if they just worked on those aspects.

After my visit in Waukegan for some pre-birthday pampering, I left feeling more like I had just escaped a horror movie than a relaxing spa experience. I was so excited to treat myself to a nail service, hoping to emerge with glamorous nails, but instead, I was left with what can only be described as a cheap, rushed job. The nails looked horrible—definitely not what I'd imagined for my birthday! To top it off, the staff interaction felt kind of aggressive, which added to my overall disappointment. I wish they would improve their pricing transparency and maybe focus on quality instead of speed. I won't be returning anytime soon!

From start to finish, my experience was absolutely delightful. I booked a combination of nail, pedicure, eyelash, and eyebrow services, and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Danny worked wonders on my nails, applying a no-chip polish that still looks fantastic days later. Meanwhile, Kim took care of my brows and lashes, shaping them beautifully and enhancing my features just right. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it easy to relax while being pampered. Both Danny and Kim were not only super skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience feel special. I left feeling like a million bucks and can't wait to treat myself again soon. It's definitely worth stopping by for a little self-care!
