I wasn't sure what to expect on my visit to Luxx Nail Bar, but I was really looking forward to some creative nail art. When I finally settled into my chair, the atmosphere was charming, and the staff seemed friendly at first. I opted for a colorful design with flowers, but sadly, the execution wasn't as precise as I had hoped. The flowers were lovely, but the symmetry was off, which was disappointing. It felt like they could have been more attentive to my feedback during the service. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I really think there’s room for improvement in terms of customer communication and nail design execution. I might give it another try, but I’ll definitely speak up next time!
