As I walked into this lovely spot, I instantly felt the stress of my day melting away. I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure, and let me tell you, I felt pampered from head to toe. Monica, my practitioner, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She truly took her time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The pedicure was absolutely delightful, with a soothing foot massage that made my feet feel like they were floating! The manicure was refreshing, and it was nice to see my nails looking fabulous again. I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. If you're looking for a little slice of heaven for some self-care, I can't recommend this place enough!

After visiting a spot in Barton Creek Square for a dip manicure, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The whole service felt quick, almost rushed, and while the staff was super friendly, I couldn't help but notice that it affected the quality of the finish. I appreciate speed, but I think they should take a little more time with each manicure instead of chatting on the phone during the service. Just a suggestion! I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I’ve definitely had better results elsewhere.

The cleanliness was questionable, which made me uncomfortable right from the start. I expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but the staff's unprofessional behavior really put a damper on things. I was excited about my nail aesthetic, but honestly, I walked out feeling unhappy and ripped off. I would suggest they seriously rethink their approach to cleanliness and customer service if they want to keep clients coming back. Just not the experience I hoped for!
