One thing I was really looking forward to was finally getting a trim and some bangs. I walked in with excitement, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. The staff was super friendly, which I appreciated, but I feel like there was a lack of communication about what I wanted. My haircut ended up uneven, and that's not exactly what I had in mind for my hair goals! I’ve been trying to grow my hair to one length, and I just wanted a simple refresh. I think it would help if they spent a little more time discussing styling preferences before diving in. Overall, I might give it another shot, but I’d recommend being clear and asking lots of questions just to make sure we’re on the same page. ❤️
