Lucky Foot & Back Spa

After experiencing what was supposed to be a relaxing day at Lucky Foot & Back Spa, I left feeling a bit disappointed. I booked a full body and foot massage, excited for some pampering, but the service was just not up to par. The staff seemed unprofessional, and the chairs were not as clean as I would hope for a spa. I really think they could do a better job with service consistency and cleanliness. It’s a bummer because I was looking forward to returning, but I’m not sure I will be any time soon.

Right from the booking process, I felt a bit off about my experience in Manhattan. The staff seemed a little hurried and disorganized when I tried to schedule my appointment. Once I arrived, I was disappointed with the overall management; there were multiple scheduling conflicts and payment mishaps that could have easily been avoided with better organization. While the service I received was acceptable, the less-than-professional interaction really impacted my mood. I hope they can streamline things to improve the client experience because the location has so much potential!

I’ve been looking for a place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle, and this spa truly delivers. The first time I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I opted for a combo massage, and let me tell you, it was just what I needed. Corrie, my therapist, was incredibly professional and really listened to my stress points. Not only did I leave feeling relaxed, but the tension in my shoulders was finally gone. If you’re in need of some stress relief, I highly recommend giving this place a try!
