It’s hard to find the right words when your experience has been less than ideal. I recently needed hospitalization, and let me tell you, it didn’t go as planned. The care I received just wasn’t up to par. I felt like I was in a frustrating whirlwind of miscommunication and a lack of urgency from the staff. I get that everyone has off days, but when it comes to medical treatment, I expected a bit more competency. Serious health complications can arise from poor care, and I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived. It feels like there’s a huge opportunity for improvement here—better training for the staff would be a great start. After this experience, I’m definitely hoping for better options next time around.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to seek drug rehabilitation services in Chicago, but I was determined to get clean. I’ve now achieved 60 days of uninterrupted sobriety, which I consider a huge win. However, my experience wasn't perfect. I felt that there could have been more involvement from the staff during group activities; sometimes it felt like they were just going through the motions. I found myself frustrated at times due to the lack of attention and professionalism from some of the staff. While Ms. Jocelyn and Dave were really supportive, I think more effort from the team would definitely enhance the overall atmosphere. If they could focus on treating patients with more respect and engagement, it would transform the experience.

As I walked into the emergency room in Chicago, I was feeling pretty uncomfortable, to say the least. However, my experience at this hospital turned out to be remarkably reassuring. The staff, especially Whitney Burns, was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. They made what could have been a very stressful visit surprisingly pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. The care I received not only addressed my immediate concerns but also left me feeling understood and well-supported. If you ever find yourself in need of emergency services, I highly recommend this hospital for their excellent patient-centered approach.
