I'd heard so many positive things about counseling services in the area, and honestly, I was looking forward to receiving some much-needed support. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. While the space felt comfortable, I couldn’t help but feel a lack of care for my privacy throughout our sessions. Each time I tried to open up, I felt as if the counselor, Jaclyn, wasn't fully present or empathetic to my struggles. It left me feeling disappointed, especially since I reached out looking for crisis support. I really hoped to find a place where I could talk freely without worrying about being judged or overheard. Maybe it was just an off day, but I expected a bit more warmth and understanding. Here's hoping others have a more positive experience!

It's rare that I feel compelled to write a review out of frustration, but my experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. The staff made me feel dismissed and unimportant during my visit, which is not what you expect when seeking help for serious issues. I came in hoping for a constructive conversation about some personal challenges, but instead, I left feeling more confused and angry than when I arrived. It's such a shame, as I genuinely wanted to find support, but the unprofessional demeanor of the staff completely deterred me. If you're looking for a welcoming and understanding environment, I’d recommend exploring other options.

One thing that really stood out during my time here was the struggle with communication. I had hoped to continue my mental health treatment and found the initial therapy and psychiatric consultation sessions promising. However, I was disappointed when I felt that the follow-up was lacking. It's incredibly important for a center like this to maintain clear and responsive communication with clients, especially when navigating sensitive issues like mental health. I found myself feeling quite unsettled after what felt like an unfair discharge. I truly believe that with better follow-up and communication, many clients, including myself, could benefit much more from their services. I want to encourage them to consider this aspect and hope for improvements in the future so that others can have a smoother experience.
