I opted for the body duo, and let me tell you, the combination of the hydrating scrub and blissful massage made my muscles sing with joy. The whole atmosphere felt calm, almost like a secret garden tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I left feeling revived and glowing, as if I had pressed a reset button on my entire being. I walked in excited for a day of pampering, but by the end of my visit, I felt a bit let down. I came to experience one of the illuminating body peel wraps and was really looking forward to leaving with rejuvenated skin. The treatment itself was nice—definitely soothing and the ambiance was perfect, but the end result didn’t quite match what I had envisioned during our consultation. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which might explain the lack of follow-up on my initial concerns. I definitely think better communication could improve the overall experience; I really just wanted to share my goals and have them understood. While it wasn't a total miss, I walked away wishing for a bit more attention to detail and follow-up from the team.
