I couldn’t believe my experience during my recent visit for a pedicure in Fresh Meadows. I had high hopes for some quality pampering, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The nail care felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail that I expected, especially considering the price I paid. During the process, I noticed moments of carelessness that resulted in a bit of pain rather than relaxation. I left feeling unsatisfied, wishing I had chosen a different place. A little more skill and care from the staff could really improve the overall experience. Hope they can make adjustments for future clients!

Not long after I found myself in desperate need of a quick nail fix, I decided to check out this local spot. The place was clean, and the staff was super friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed when I noticed two ladies working on my nails at the same time—felt a bit chaotic! It might just be me, but I think having one person focusing on the nails would make for a smoother experience. Still, I left with tidy nails, so it wasn't a total disaster!

I must say, I didn’t expect such a delightful experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles from Annie and Rosa, which instantly put me at ease. I was there for a manicure, hoping to boost my nail health after some unfortunate peeling, and I left feeling like I had a brand new set of nails. They took their time paying attention to detail, using quality products that really made a difference. My nails looked healthier and more vibrant than they have in ages! I definitely plan to return for their amazing services—cant wait for my next visit!
