I have to say, my experience with the CDPAP services left me feeling quite disappointed. Unfortunately, the reliability of the staff was not up to par, which made it difficult to care for a family member as intended. I'm grateful that they have a range of services aimed at enhancing quality of life, but there clearly needs to be a better management approach and a thorough overhaul of processes. After moving my previous client to another agency, I really hope they prioritize improvements moving forward.
