Once inside the clinic located in Cave Creek Industrial Center, I immediately felt a sense of unease. The staff members were not just reserved; they were surprisingly rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I came in seeking help but was met with dismissive attitudes that compounded my stress. The experience was marred by the overwhelming sense that customer service was not a priority here. I found myself waiting longer than necessary for appointments that felt rushed and unhelpful. It might seem like a small issue, but I left feeling more overwhelmed than when I arrived. If they want to improve, they really need to work on their interactions with patients and cut down on unnecessary appointments. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially when seeking medical care in Phoenix.

I’d heard so many recommendations about this place, but my experience was pretty disappointing. I took my son here for mental health and substance use treatment, hoping for some compassionate care and support, but what we got felt more like neglect. The staff interactions were unprofessional and uncaring, which was really frustrating when you're trying to navigate such sensitive issues. If I had any suggestions, it would definitely be to work on improving communication and accountability among the team. It's tough enough dealing with these challenges without feeling like the support system isn't there for you.
