I was really looking forward to trying their peppermint oil for digestion but ended up feeling frustrated instead. The product I received wasn’t in the best condition, and when I tried to discuss it, the staff seemed indifferent. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to support a local business that focuses on health and wellness. They could really improve their customer service and make the refund process smoother.
