Lexis was absolutely amazing—her knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable right away. The way she incorporated movement and breathwork completely transformed the experience, and I walked away feeling much better and surprisingly rejuvenated. It was like my tension just melted away! I visit occasionally, but I always leave with a smile and a renewed sense of calm. If you're looking for stress relief, I can't recommend this enough!
