I didn’t expect my experience to go this way. I visited for emergency medical services and was hoping for a smooth and supportive process. Unfortunately, the staff interaction left much to be desired. While I appreciate that they treated my situation promptly, I felt like just another number instead of an individual needing care. After the treatment, I was discharged quite quickly, which was surprising, but I think I would have felt more at ease had there been better communication and follow-up. I also noticed some challenges regarding the handling of patients without insurance; it seems like there could be more compassion and understanding there. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wishing for a more thorough and personal approach to my care.
