I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I sought mental health support at this facility, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. While I appreciated the effort of some of the staff, I found the support for family members to be inadequate. It was challenging to get my loved ones involved in the process, and the rigid visiting hours really didn’t help either. I feel like a little more flexibility in scheduling would have made a world of difference. It would be great if they could improve communication and offer more family-oriented resources. Overall, there’s potential here, but I think they have some work to do to create a truly supportive environment for everyone involved.

I walked in feeling hopeful, as I had been struggling with some mental health issues and truly believed I would receive the support I needed. The initial consultation gave me some optimism, but the follow-up experience was far from what I expected. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to convey genuine care, and I often felt disregarded during our interactions. I was particularly disappointed with the lack of clear communication regarding my medication and the next steps I should take moving forward. It left me feeling uneasy and more lost than before, rather than reassured. While aiming for improvement in mental health support is vital, it wouldn’t hurt for the team to enhance their communication and follow-up process. I really hope to see some changes that can help others who may be in a similar situation.

I have to say, I was quite disappointed by my recent dining experience here in Pottsville. The food just didn’t meet my expectations—very bland and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. It felt like my meal was rushed, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive to our needs, which left us waiting longer than we should have. I would recommend that they focus on improving food quality and maybe offer some training for the staff to enhance their responsiveness. Definitely hope to see improvements when I visit again! ❤️
