I wasn’t expecting my visit to fall short, especially considering the reputation for quality service. When I came in for a medical test, I felt a bit dismissed by the staff. It seemed like they were moving quickly and didn’t take the time to explain what was happening or what I should do next. I left without getting the necessary test done, which was frustrating. I really think improving communication could make a big difference. I appreciate the goal of providing good care, but direct interaction and attentiveness are just as crucial. Hoping for better experiences in the future!

Before I left, I had high hopes for the consultation regarding my daughter's health issue. Unfortunately, my experience fell flat. While PA-C Josefina A Valdivieso was knowledgeable, the visit was marred by the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist. I found her communication lacking, and honestly, it felt like I was more of a nuisance than a patient. It’s disappointing when you’re concerned about your child’s well-being and the support staff doesn't seem to care. There’s definitely room for improvement in customer service; it could make a significant difference in how families feel about their care. While I appreciate the medical insight I received, better handling of the front desk interactions would be a crucial step in providing a more compassionate atmosphere.

I wasn't completely satisfied with my visit to the urgent care. After a frustrating experience with my fractured finger, I expected a bit more attention to detail during the assessment. Although the staff was friendly, their evaluation felt a bit rushed, and I think better treatment options could’ve been offered right from the start. Once I got the proper splinting sorted out, I felt relieved but wished for an initial assessment that matched the urgency of my injury. I appreciate the compassionate care approach, but consistency in staff would really help improve the experience. I'll give it another shot next time, as it’s convenient for me.
