I walked into LAX Massage in Westchester, hopeful for some much-needed stress relief. Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The cleanliness of the space left much to be desired, and the massage itself felt rushed and unprofessional. I had severe discomfort throughout, which really detracted from what was supposed to be a calming experience. It's a shame because I genuinely wanted to enjoy it. I think they could greatly benefit from improving their therapists' techniques and ensuring a cleaner environment. Maybe I'll give it another shot down the line, but for now, I’m feeling disappointed.
