Lavish

I couldn’t believe my experience at lavish. I went in for a laser treatment, excited about the results, but it turned into a frustrating bait and switch. The service I was promised wasn't what I received, and when I tried to express my concerns, the staff were less than helpful—definitely not what you’d expect from a place that claims to be a leader in beauty treatments. Communication was lacking, and the rude responses just added to my disappointment. I think they really need to take a step back and improve their customer service if they want to keep clients like me.

When I first visited for IPL and Botox treatments, I was really impressed with the atmosphere and how friendly the staff were. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. However, I faced some hiccups with their management regarding scheduling my appointments. A few times, I had to wait longer than expected, and communication about payments could definitely be clearer. I believe with some improvements in their management and communication, they could really enhance the experience for clients like me who are looking for aesthetic treatments. I still think there’s potential here, but I left feeling a bit disappointed.

I think there’s a lot of potential here—if they could tighten up their practices, it would truly elevate the service. I’m hopeful they’ll work on these aspects because the treatments themselves are promising.
