I didn't expect to feel so at home while processing my trauma at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center. The Intensive Outpatient Program truly focused on my personal journey, and I felt a sense of safety that is often hard to find in these situations. The therapists were compassionate and really listened, helping me navigate through some tough spots. While most things were great, I did wish for healthier meal options and a more consistent schedule, as it tended to change too much week to week. When I first brought my loved one here, I was hopeful about the care they would receive. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of communication about their treatment that left me feeling frustrated. It's really important for family members to be kept in the loop, especially in these situations.
