I’ve always loved the idea of non-invasive treatments, so I was super excited to try Thermage at LaserAway in the Near North Side of Chicago. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. I was hoping for some noticeable improvements to my lower face, but honestly, I saw no change at all. Talk about feeling like I threw my money into the lake! The staff seemed a bit rushed and unprofessional, which didn’t help. I think they could improve their communication during the process to make clients feel more comfortable and informed. Just a simple chat about what to expect would’ve made a huge difference. All in all, I left feeling disappointed instead of rejuvenated. I really wanted this treatment to work, but it just didn’t do anything for me. If you're looking for facial improvements, I’d suggest shopping around a bit more before settling here.
