I opted for a manicure, hoping to leave with lovely, artistic nails, but I did have a couple of hiccups in the process. The communication about nail design capabilities could definitely use some improvement; I wasn't entirely sure what options were available. While the staff was eager to assist, I felt there were some missed opportunities to really showcase their nail art skills. My experience was pleasant overall, but a little more clarity on service time and nail design choices would have helped me feel more confident in my decision. I’ll likely return, but I’ll definitely come in with some more specific ideas in mind.
