I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to book an appointment. Initially, I was hopeful everything would go smoothly, but that wasn't the case. The reception staff were unprofessional and seemed overwhelmed, which is understandable, but it doesn't excuse their lack of customer service skills. After waiting on hold for what felt like ages, my scheduled appointment was suddenly canceled without any explanation. It left me feeling quite disappointed and really questioning their ability to manage appointments effectively. I think the receptionist could really benefit from some retraining to improve those social skills—it's vital in a healthcare setting. I really had my hopes up for the services they offer, like allergy testing and lab services, but this experience has made me reconsider. I hope they get it together soon.
