I had no idea what to expect when I scheduled my appointment at Labcorp for some routine medical testing. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. The staff seemed unprofessional and I felt ignored during the whole process. When I finally got to the testing area, it became clear that they hadn’t even conducted the test I came in for. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since this was for a procedure I needed to address my health concerns. I really think there needs to be more accountability for employees’ actions in the facility. I occasionally go for health tests, but this experience has definitely made me rethink my options for the future.

I had no idea what to expect when I visited Labcorp for some blood work. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The wait times were super long, which was really frustrating. I only went occasionally, but I feel like they could definitely improve their appointment scheduling and maybe get more staff on hand. The interaction I had with the staff was pretty limited, too. Just a bit disappointing overall. 😕
