When I first walked into the lab for my bloodwork, I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was. The lady who took my blood was really professional and made me feel at ease right away. It was quick and efficient, which was a relief because I’m not a fan of needles! The only thing I could suggest is maybe adding a few more chairs in the waiting area—just something to make it even more comfortable. Overall, I left feeling great and more informed about my health, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received.

When I first visited Labcorp for allergy testing, I was hopeful for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the staff left much to be desired. I couldn't believe it when a staff member casually asked if I would pick up some food for them during my appointment! 😳 I mean, I get that we all have our rough days, but come on! It's essential for staff to maintain professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope they can improve this aspect because the testing services themselves seemed solid, and I'd love to see them enhance the overall experience. 💔

Ms. Janice was especially warm and welcoming, making what is typically a mundane task so much easier with her friendly demeanor. I barely had to wait before my tests were done, which is such a relief. It's great to find a place that values both professionalism and a personal touch.
