I’ve been searching for a reliable place in Port Richmond for routine blood tests, but my experience here left me feeling pretty disappointed. The staff seemed unknowledgeable about the procedures, and my questions weren't addressed adequately. It felt like they could benefit from better training and management. I went in expecting a straightforward appointment, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. I really hope they take some time to improve their service—some local competition could certainly push them to raise the bar!

After my visit, I couldn’t shake off the frustration I felt about the whole experience. I went in for some routine lab tests, both curious and a little anxious about the results. I had hoped for a smooth process, especially with the staff being focused on patient care, but it was the complete opposite. The first sign of trouble was when the staff seemed unfriendly, almost like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. After submitting my samples, I expected to receive the results in a timely manner as promised, but days turned into weeks, and still no word. I tried reaching out for updates, only to find the communication was lacking and the organization of results left much to be desired. Honestly, it was a bit of a nightmare for someone just trying to keep tabs on their health. If only they could improve their communication and streamline their processes, it would make a world of difference. Until then, I really can’t recommend them for lab services.
