I couldn’t shake off the disappointment I felt after my visit to Labcorp for some routine blood work. I was hoping for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, the staff interaction was less than friendly. Amanda, who was handling my blood draw, came off as quite rude, which really caught me off guard. I believe a little bit of staff training on customer service could go a long way here. While the testing services they offer are essential, a better atmosphere would definitely make a big difference for patients.

I didn’t expect much when I walked in for my drug screening, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was handled. The staff in Houston were really friendly and made the process smooth. Just a little tip: the sign-in kiosk could use some work—maybe some clearer instructions would help? Also, having a restroom or offering some water would make the wait a lot more comfortable. Overall, I got what I needed efficiently, and I’d definitely consider using their services again for future employment screenings. 😊

It’s a bit jarring when you go in for health tests and the reception feels cool. A little friendliness would go a long way, especially in healthcare!
