What really disappointed me during my recent visit to Labcorp in Columbus was the lack of organization in their appointment management. Although I occasionally need lab testing and have had better experiences in the past, this time it felt chaotic. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and waited way longer than expected, with no updates from the staff. Plus, the staff didn’t seem very responsive to the concerns of those waiting. I appreciate that they're handling a lot of clients, but better communication and professionalism would go a long way. Here’s hoping they can improve on this next time!
