After hearing some great things from friends, I decided to try out a nail and toe painting service here. I was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed a bit rushed and, to be honest, a bit dismissive when I expressed my design preferences. It felt like I was more of a bother than a valued customer. The painting didn't turn out as beautifully as I had hoped, and I left feeling disappointed. I think there’s potential for improvement if they focus more on customer service and really listening to what clients want. I wanted my nails to be a source of joy, but this time it just didn’t hit the mark for me.

From the moment I walked in, I felt a bit off about the place. The atmosphere seemed rushed, and while I hoped for a relaxing experience, I was immediately met with a bit of a cold attitude from the staff. My main goal was to treat myself to some much-needed nail care, but I was left feeling quite disappointed. The nail technician didn’t seem very attentive and there were hygiene concerns that kept nagging at me throughout the appointment. I noticed some tools that didn’t look freshly sanitized, which is just a big red flag in any beauty service. Communication also felt lacking—there wasn’t much explanation about the different services or pricing, which made the entire experience feel confusing and frustrating. I believe there's room for improvement in both hygiene practices and the way the staff interacts with clients. It’s essential to have that warm, welcoming vibe, especially in a place dedicated to personal care. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and less than satisfied with my nails. I really hope they take this feedback to heart because a few changes could make a world of difference.
