After spending time at this place, I really wish I could say I had a great experience. First off, I decided to try eyebrow threading and eyelash extensions, hoping for a little beauty boost. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I'd hoped for. The threading was pretty rough, and my eyebrows didn’t turn out as beautifully shaped as I'd imagined. It felt rushed and, honestly, a bit unprofessional. As for the lashes, they didn't last nearly as long as I expected. I’ve had extensions before, and they usually look fantastic for weeks, but these started to fall out within days! 😞 I think there are definitely better options out there with more skilled technicians. The staff was friendly enough, but it felt like they were more interested in getting clients in and out rather than providing quality service. If you're looking for a little pampering, I’d suggest checking out a different spot until they improve their application techniques and the quality of their products. Hoping my next beauty adventure goes better! ❤️

What impressed me the most during my visit was the warm and inviting atmosphere right in the heart of Manhattan. I was looking for eyebrow enhancement, and the threading and tinting services exceeded my expectations. Nisha was absolutely wonderful—she really took her time to understand what I wanted and shaped my brows perfectly. The level of detail she paid to the threading process made all the difference! I also decided to try lamination for that extra lift, and I walked out feeling like a whole new person. The staff was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their amazing services!

I had high hopes for my lash extensions, wanting to enhance my look effortlessly. However, after the appointment, I faced unexpected eyelid swelling that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I've had lash services before at other places with no issues, so this was a letdown. I wish the experience had been more pleasant.
