I’d heard so much about the fantastic nail services here and was really looking forward to my appointment. Sadly, I left feeling pretty disappointed 😞. I was hoping for a nice nail aesthetic, but the staff seemed uninformed about the latest trends and products. The manicure I received didn't live up to the hype at all. I've tried other places that offer better quality and expertise. Although I'll give it another shot in the future, I expected a lot more. Fingers crossed for next time! 🥴

I think a little staff training on friendliness and maybe some more focus on cleanliness would go a long way. I might have better luck elsewhere next time.
