After my first visit, I had mixed feelings about the whole pharmacy experience. I went in expecting to handle my prescriptions quickly, but it turned into a bit of a circus. The staff was a little condescending, almost like they were doing me a favor by helping. I only got my meds for a shorter time than I had anticipated, which was frustrating. Communication could definitely use a tune-up here; it felt like I was speaking a different language at times. Overall, I walked out with my prescriptions but also a sense that I could’ve gotten better service elsewhere. Just a bit of improvement in the customer service department would make a world of difference!

Once I visited the local pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, I was really hoping for a smooth experience. I expected I’d leave with all three of my medications, but to my frustration, only one was ready. It was a bit of a letdown because I had set aside time in my busy schedule for this. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t provide much help in clarifying why the other medications were missing or when they might be available. Communication was definitely lacking; I really think it would make a difference if they informed customers about coverage and availability at the time of drop-off.
