When I first visited this spot in Ashburn, I was really excited to try the Gel-X nail extension. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. I found that the nails didn’t last as long as I hoped, which was a significant disappointment. The ambiance was nice, but I couldn't help but notice that the staff interactions felt a bit unprofessional. I think they could really enhance their hygiene practices too, which would make a big difference in overall customer experience. I would love to see improvements in their professionalism and care for details because I’d love to return if these aspects were addressed.
