I’ve been going to health and wellness centers for a while now, hoping to get better support for my medication management. After my recent physical exam, I felt frustrated by how poorly it was handled. I had been under the impression that medication refills would coincide with routine appointments, but that wasn't the case at all. The staff seemed unresponsive, which only added to my irritation. I left feeling like I had to jump through hoops to get the basic care I needed. I would really appreciate a more proactive approach when it comes to managing refills. It's disappointing when you want to feel supported in your health journey and that doesn't happen.

I must say, my experience here was a bit rocky. I came in for a wellness check, hoping for some peace of mind and maybe a little muscle therapy to relieve the tension I've been feeling. Unfortunately, there were some billing issues related to services I never received, which added a layer of stress I really didn’t need! 😞 I had hoped for a smooth experience, especially with telehealth options available. I think it’s super important for any wellness center to address these kinds of concerns, especially when it comes to the transparency and ethics of their staff. I really think they could improve by addressing the behavior of their compliance manager specifically. I wanted to love this place, but I left feeling disappointed.

I really wanted to love Kokoro Health & Wellness in Dallas, Texas, but my experience left me feeling pretty let down. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and I was hopeful about the muscle therapy services they advertised. However, the long waiting times were frustrating, and I ended up feeling rushed during my massage therapy session. Despite the staff's decent skills, I found their communication lacking, especially regarding my prescription and the potential side effects. A little more understanding and respect from the team could go a long way. I think with some improvements in their overall care and communication, Kokoro could really shine, but as of now, I can't fully recommend them.
