I had scheduled a medical consultation, hoping for some guidance and professional insight, but instead, I found myself waiting far longer than expected with no clear updates from the staff. Communication about delays was lacking, which only added to my disappointment. While I appreciate the range of services they offer, including chiropractic care and nutrition guidance, the experience this time was not what I had hoped for. Improving communication with patients regarding appointment statuses could really enhance their overall service. I would love to give them another try, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.

I came in for my annual check-up, which I was hoping would be a smooth and swift experience. However, I quickly realized that the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which led to a longer wait than I anticipated. While my appointment was eventually fine, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated that scheduling seemed a bit chaotic. I understand that health clinics get busy, especially these days, but more attention to appointment availability would definitely help. I appreciate the care I received and the professionalism of the nurses and doctors; it’s just that logistical side of things could use some work. I’d recommend giving it a shot if you're in Clear Lake, but maybe call ahead to ensure you get the time you need without the wait.

I was blown away by my experience with hormone therapy. At first, I hoped it would help me manage the hormonal changes I’ve been struggling with. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped. I felt a lot of frustration with the side effects and the overall lack of follow-up from the staff.
