I truly enjoyed the services provided at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Gulfgate Riverview. However, my experience was marred by a frustratingly long wait time that really affected my overall impression. I’ve seen Cassandra a few times for different medical concerns, and she's always been incredibly friendly and attentive. However, I have to say, I was disappointed with the behavior of the front desk staff and lab personnel. There seemed to be a disconnect that affected the overall atmosphere. I think a bit more training on customer service could go a long way in improving the experience for everyone. The wait times were manageable, and I appreciate the quality of care I received from Cassandra, but there's definitely room for improvement in the reception area.
