I was really hoping for a better experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic when I took my son in for some pediatric testing. At first, I thought it would be smooth sailing, but I was left feeling pretty frustrated. The staff interactions felt a bit unhelpful, and scheduling seemed chaotic. I appreciated the fact that they offered care, but the age acceptance policies could use a little tweaking. It took longer than expected, which made me wish for a faster process, especially when it comes to kids! During my time trying to schedule appointments at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic for childbirth preparation, I was really disappointed. I had multiple appointments lined up, but they all got cancelled and I received little to no communication about it. I expected some reassurance or at least an explanation, but that didn’t happen. The staff didn’t seem very professional either, which only added to my frustration. I really hope they can improve their communication—it's essential, especially for expecting parents like myself who have questions and concerns.
