After my visit to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, I walked away feeling really grateful for the level of care I received. I had a specialist appointment with Dr. Kim, and I was impressed with how quickly I got my x-ray results back. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The staff was also super knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience smooth. The only thing I’d suggest is improving appointment availability; I had to wait a bit longer than I'd hoped for my appointment. Overall though, it was a positive visit, and I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

After my session, I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. I came seeking mental health support, expecting a caring and empathetic response, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. The practitioner seemed unempathetic and dismissive, which made it difficult for me to express my concerns. I felt like my needs were not being listened to at all. I would really suggest that the staff work on improving their listening skills and showing more empathy towards their patients. It's disheartening when you're reaching out for help and instead feel invalidated. I want to be able to trust my healthcare providers with my mental health, but this visit fell significantly short of that expectation.
