I never expected that getting my nails done could be such a letdown. The place looked great, and I had high hopes for a fresh manicure and maybe some nail art to spice things up. However, my experience was marred by what felt like lingering clouds of unfriendly vibes from the staff. I mean, I understand everyone has off days, but it makes a world of difference when the people working on you are warm and inviting, right? At least my nails were fixed up perfectly, so there's that. But the lack of a pleasant interaction really took away from my overall enjoyment. A little more attention to customer service would do wonders! I can’t say I'm rushing back anytime soon.
