I can honestly say my experience was less than satisfying. I went in for an intake assessment hoping to find some therapy support, but the interaction left me feeling disappointed. Susanna Chan, the practitioner, had a demeanor that came off as rude and condescending, which really threw me off. I expected a more supportive atmosphere in Santa Clara, especially when seeking help. I think they could really benefit from some customer service training and improving their communication skills. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to getting help.
