I'd heard so many great things about Kairos Jax, especially their detox juices and smoothies, so I was excited to place a pick-up order. Unfortunately, the experience left me a bit disappointed. When I got home and opened my bag, everything was cold and somewhat soggy. It felt like the meal I anticipated turned into a letdown. I expected fresher food, especially since they tout all those natural ingredients and health benefits. The staff interaction wasn’t the best either; I felt like I was just another order rather than a valued customer. I really hope they can improve the quality and temperature of their offerings because their juice and smoothie selection has so much potential!
