It felt more like a sales pitch for products rather than a genuine skincare session. I had hoped to experience their advanced facials and rejuvenate my skin, but instead, it felt like the focus was solely on upselling. I think they really need to work on their customer service and make sure their staff is trained to create a welcoming experience for guests. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
